We will focus on individual initiative and readiness for responsibility with hypothesis two and MODULAR h2 Practices. These "h2 Notes from the back of an envelope" help to simplify and strengthen operations.  They apply Hrand Saxenian's pioneering research on emotional maturity and leadership effectiveness, grounded in his early military and industrial experience.
