Our Leadership – Our Reality –
As the sky runs clear beyond the clouds...
As we encounter our essential humanity, we discern a pattern of personal
effectiveness across the terrestrial stage:
– Effectiveness increases with the expression of one's own feelings
and convictions, with consideration for the thoughts and feelings
of others. – hypothesis two TM
a pattern that rings true, tests true, and draws us closer to our honesty with
consideration for a sure hold on "what works best" in our many lives;
we appreciate the mystery of our private realms of reality, and
the freedom - beyond poetry - of the common struggle for what matters.
Effectiveness becomes freedom - freedom becomes us.
we lead
each to the essence of the best each does; together, to new expanses
of action for the health of the worlds we hold and make.
We are the worlds we make.
As effectiveness becomes freedom. As freedom becomes us ...
As we lead, we clear the clouds, we protect and we build
as folly persists, we move to the task, the challenge,
the chore, the sacrifice, the expectation
we confront the evil impulse – we hear the human voice –
with the clarity of the questions we ask, and the truths we revisit
we distill silver from the gray.
we build for beauty in the worlds we hold and make
clear as dawn, clear as the stream.
And with each move - and as silver against deep blue - we
become the beauty in the worlds we make.
